General questions
Toshiba does not provide IR code to our large screen public displays.
Firmware upgrade is provided via USB and is available on the Toshiba's product page under "Downloads and Manuals".
  • Make sure that the signal cable is attached firmly.
  • Check the video signal source to see if it is beyond the range of the display. Please verify its specifications with this display's specifion section in the Manual.
TD-E EasySeries
No, the display (TD-E series) is a commercial product with 16/7 operation. All other series are 24/7 operation. Check specific model specification if unsure..
The TD-E502 and TD-E552 have a "Bathtub Design" and are slightly different from TD-E432 and TD-E652.
  • Make sure the batteries are fresh and properly installed.
  • Make sure the IR sensor on the display is pulled down.
  • Makes ure the reomote or keyboard is not set to "Locked". If both are locked, follow the sequence to unlock (On the remote, press "Menu", "Left", "Right", "Up", "Down").
TD-Z Pro+Series
The displays support DLNA DMP and DLNA DMR.
