  1. Availability.

Depending on system configuration feature might be unavailable.

  2. Battery Life Rating. (Notebook)

Measured by MobileMark® 2014 for models preinstalled with Microsoft® Windows 7 or Windows 10. Benchmark rules for MobileMark® 2014: Wireless connectivity = On, Predefined updated workloads. Details of MobileMark® 2014 testing protocols are available at www.bapco.com. MobileMark is a U.S. registered trademark of the Business Applications Performance Corporation.

Rating is for comparison purposes only, and does not indicate the battery life that will be obtained by any individual user. Actual battery life may vary considerably from specifications depending on product model, configuration, applications, power management settings and features utilized, as well as the natural performance variations produced by the design of individual components. The battery life rating is only achieved on the select models and configurations tested by Dynabook under the specific test settings at the time of publication and is not an estimate of a system’s battery life under any conditions other than the specific test settings.

After a period of time, the battery will lose its ability to perform at maximum capacity and will need to be replaced. This is normal for all batteries.

  3. Battery Life Rating. (Tablet)

Battery tests were conducted by Dynabook using specific preproduction tablet units and software. Actual battery life may vary depending on settings, application usage, features or tasks selected, network configuration, operating temperature and many other factors. Testing consisted of full battery discharge while performing certain tasks such as video playback, Internet browsing using Wi-Fi and standby mode. Auto-Brightness was turned off.

  4. Memory (Main System).

Part of the main system memory may be used by the graphics system for graphics performance and therefore reduce the amount of main system memory available for other computing activities. The amount of main system memory allocated to support graphics may vary depending on the graphics system, applications utilized, system memory size and other factors.

  5. Spill-Resistant Keyboard.

Under Dynabook testing conditions, the spill-resistant keyboard delayed the time for a water spill to reach the computer’s main board to allow more time to properly close down the machine. Dynabook’s standard limited warranty terms and limitations apply. Visit https://support.dynabook.com/warranty for details.

  6. Storage Drive Capacity.

One Gigabyte (GB) means 109 = 1,000,000,000 bytes and One Terabyte (TB) means 1012 = 1,000,000,000,000 bytes using powers of 10. The computer operating system, however, reports storage capacity using powers of 2 for the definition of 1 GB = 230 = 1,073,741,824 bytes and 1TB = 240 = 1,099,511,627,776 bytes, and therefore shows less storage capacity. Available storage capacity will also be less if the computer includes one or more pre-installed operating systems, such as Microsoft Operating System and/or pre-installed software applications, or media content. Actual formatted capacity may vary.

  7. Thunderbolt 3 Dock.

Thunderbolt 3 docking feature requires notebook with Thunderbolt 3 capability.

40Gbps is the maximum theoretical interface transfer rate per the specification of the Intel Thunderbolt™ 3. Actual transfer rate will vary depending on your system configuration and other factors. For more information on Thunderbolt 3 technology, visit https://thunderbolttechnology.net.

  8. Dynabook Quality Replacement Guarantee.

In the unlikely event that your product fails to work due to a defect in a “Major Hardware Component” within 12 months of your original purchase date, Dynabook will replace the product free of charge with a new or remanufactured product that is at least equivalent to the original product (i.e., same or like model). A “Major Hardware Component” means a LCD panel, hard drive, solid state drive, memory, or system board and any other component that may be included at Dynabook’s reasonable discretion. Cosmetic damage due to handling and wear of the product is not included in this program, including keyboards, case work covers, key caps and plastic pieces. All of Dynabook’s standard limited warranty terms and limitations apply. Product must be registered at http://support.dynabook.com/register to ensure coverage and to be eligible for this program.

  9. USB Sleep & Charge.

The “USB Sleep & Charge function” may not work with certain external devices even if they are compliant with the USB specification. In those cases, turn the power of the computer ON to charge the device.

  10. USB Transfer Speed

5Gbps is the maximum theoretical interface transfer rate per the specifications of the Universal Serial Bus 3.0. Actual transfer rate will vary depending on your system configuration and other factors.

USB 3.1 Gen 2. 10Gbps is the maximum theoretical interface transfer rate per the specifications of the Universal Serial Bus 3.1. Actual transfer rate will vary depending on your system configuration and other factors.

  11. USB Type-C Docking.

USB Type-C docking requires USB Type-C port with the ability to support power delivery and display port.

  12. Warranty.

The terms and conditions of Dynabook’s standard limited warranty are available at https://support.dynabook.com/warranty.

  13. Weight.

Weight may vary depending on product configuration, vendor components, manufacturing variability and options selected.

  14. WiGig Dock.

Wireless docking feature requires notebook with WiGig Capability.
