Added Benefits for Added Incentive!

• All new Preferred Partners Resellers who sign up between September 1, 2005 and January 31, 2006 are automatically enrolled in the Preferred Partner Quick–Start Program.
• Under the Quick–Start Program, Resellers are eligible for a 3% rebate benefit on all eligible Toshiba notebook purchases. Eligible products are defined as: Portégé®, Qosmio, Tecra®, and libretto® product lines.
• To qualify for the rebates, Toshiba notebooks must be purchased by the Reseller from Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (TAIS) or an authorized Toshiba distributor during the promotion period.
• Status in the Preferred Partner Quick–Start Program is valid until January 31, 2006 or until a maximum Quick–Start rebate benefit of $10,000 has been earned.
• TAIS authorized distributors are identified on Schedule B ».

Terms and Conditions

Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (TAIS) reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel this program at any time without notice. TAIS is not responsible for eligible product availability. Products may also be allocated by TAIS in its sole discretion. Rebate calculations shall be made by TAIS, whose decisions are final. No claims are required to be filed by Reseller for rebates under this Program. Rebates will be disbursed within forty five (45) days after the end of each qualifying month. TAIS will not disburse rebates until at least $100 has been earned by Reseller. In the event that $100 is not earned in any one month, the amount accrued will not carry over to the following month. Program valid in the USA and on products purchased and sold in the USA only. Void where prohibited by law. TAIS is not responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses incurred as a result of this program. All other Preferred Partner Benefits and Terms and Conditions apply.
